Tony has provided planning, design and building services for over 30 years. He is responsible for all of the design and production work implemented by his firm including: architectural design, interior design and construction documentation for new and existing structures, construction management, planning, and historic preservation. Tony’s diverse experience ranges from working with individual clients on custom homes and commercial projects, to representing institutions, public agencies and citizen groups to prepare master plans, adaptive reuse design for facilities, Environmental Studies, Mitigation Monitoring and Implementation Programs.
Examples of projects include: Adaptive Reuse of an Irving J. Gill designed house to be the Bed and Breakfast Inn at La Jolla; Gale Anne Hurd Residence and The Seacliff Residence for Roy and Diane Bell; and, Historic Preservation Master Plans for The Bishop’s School, Golden Hill Historic District (City of San Diego), Mission Beach Park (NTHP Grant), National Register of Historical Places nomination of the Mission Beach Roller Coaster, and La Jolla Historic Preservation Plan (SHPO Grant), Historic Preservation Consultant for the Adaptive Reuse of Bentham Hall to be a Performing Arts Facility at The Bishop’s School (including preparation of The Bishop’s School Historical Report for its designation as a historical district, and HABS Documentation of the entire campus. Tony also provides construction management services to build custom homes.
